MAD RIVER VALLEY - WARREN, VERMONT

This Net Zero, Mad River Valley custom built home received Efficiency Vermont Certification with a .79 ACH 50 air tightness (well below code)! The heating system is an air to air heat pump with integrated energy recovery ventilation. We used Siga Air Barrier, installed Solar Panels, and triple pane windows & slider by Kohltech. This home boasts 2,963 sq foot of living space featuring 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms.

Sourcing locally, we installed Heartwood Ash Flooring throughout. Roots Builders created the custom ash vanities as well as the kitchen cabinets. The homeowners can enjoy the views from the expansive back deck, or sit under the covered front porch featuring local hemlock and pine trusses.
