MOUNTAINSIDE HOME - FAYSTON, VERMONT

Roots Builders completed both the design & build on this project, which is oriented on the side of Sugarbush’s Mt. Ellen. The home consists of 4 bedrooms and 4 baths, with a total of 3,000-square-feet of living space. The timber frame was cut by Dave Sills. This home features an amazing black walnut staircase with material sourced from Sharon, VT. Countertops are also black walnut. Radiant floors on the first two stories, with SIP panel construction (structurally insulated panels). The deck is large with incredible views of the Mountain.
